1.1. Users of this website, which is operated by Bambu Hostels Group, are requested to abide by the terms and conditions of use set forth herein. By using this website, you will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
1.2. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions shall be posted on this website immediately. Please check the latest information posted herein to inform yourself of any changes.
1.3. Our prices may vary depending on the season, holidays, cultural parties and national events. Remember: Bambu Hostels Group is an international company and won’t be responsible for any local handling fee or banking fees you may be obliged to pay.
2. Booking Conditions
2.1. All the information registered on Bambu Hostels Website (www.bambuhostels.com) is kept strictly confidential.
2.1.2. We use the “Booking Confirmation System”, where the customer will receive a manual confirmation through email about the availability of their Booking Request.
2.1.3. We are not responsible and will make no adjustment for exchange rate differences due to market fluctuations.
2.1.4. We request a deposit of 10% of the full amount to confirm the reservation. This is not refundable.
2.1.5 All the refunds will be done through PayPal.
All the cancellations must be done through our Booking Desk, by e-mail email@example.com or telephone +55 (45)3574-4157. The process will be done following the policy below:
For cancellations before 72 hours it won’t be charged;
It will be charged 30% of the first night for cancellations from 24 to 72 hours before the check-in; It will be charged 50% of the first night for cancellations less than 24 hours before the check-in.
All the changes must be done through our Booking Desk, by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone +55 (45) 3574-4157. The process will be done following the policy below:
If there is availability, the process won’t be charged; If there isn’t availability, it will be charged 10% of the first night and the guest will be relocated for another hostel of the Bambu Hostels Group.
2.4. No show
If the guest(s) do not arrive at the hostel by midnight (UTC-3) of the check-in day, we will understand as “No show” – the booking will be cancelled and the deposit won’t be refundable.
3. Lost Items and Personal Belongings
The Bambu Hostels Group disposes of a “Lost and Found” section, although we do not take any responsibility for items left at the Hostel by the guests.
4. Underage Policy
Guests under 18 years old are not allowed without the parents’ or legal guardian authorization.
